We are here to help you as little or as mush as you need, all with flexible billing down to as little as 5 minutes (no hourly rates here!). So you only ever pay for what you need and get a complete itemised invoice every month to see exactly what has been done on your behalf!

With our e-cascade solution we can help you in a number of ways. These include:

• Production of a unique HTML freeform template on your behalf (HTML skills required to update this in the future, or we can handle this part of the process for you at additional cost) #
• Add a branded e-mail template to your e-cascade account for use on any future e-mail marketing campaigns (More initial cost but no HTML skills required in the future for you to update and reuse) #

Our technical and creative team will work with you to create a design or template that has the same campaign creation characteristics as e-cascade’s professional templates, but is customized with additional graphics, fonts, and colors to match the “look and feel” of your website or marketing materials.

The Process:

• Concept - You provide us with a basic mock-up of your design including your company logo, colours, fonts, images #, and any current marketing materials you would like us to match.
• Review - We will review your mock-up, create your custom freeform HTML design or template, and send a proof to you via e-mail so you can evaluate it right from your inbox.
• Proof - You will then give us your feedback on the proof. We integrate your changes and send you a second proof for your approval.
• Sign Off - You will sign off on the final template, provide payment and your custom template will then be accessible within your e-cascade account for any future e-mail campaigns.
